A Dog’s Halloween Costume Parade: Bring your bowser in his/her Halloween costume to the fairgrounds
at 3pm. They will be judged and prizes will go to the Best Overall Halloween Costume, the Scariest Halloween
Costume and the best Duo Halloween Costume (owner and dog in lookalike costumes).
Please bring only well behaved dogs and owners. Dogs must keep thier owners on a leash.
Maple Ridge Lions Carved Pumpkin Contest: Open to all Elementary school children. Bring your carved
pumpkin to Kids Ghost Ridge on October 31st at the Albion fairgrounds. They will be judged at 4:30pm when
winners will be announced and prizes & trophies awarded.
Maple Ridge Lions Food Concession: As in previous years the Maple Ridge Lions will be ready to take your
food orders at the Main Kitchen. Why not make a night of it, have supper and then go to the haunted houses.
Remember profits from food sales assist with the fireworks costs.
Maple Ridge Lions - Grab a Spider From the Web Game: Grab a spider from the web, and get a
chance to win tickets to a canucks game on Dec 14th, as well as instant prizes ($2.00)
Friday Night extras: Don’t forget the FIREWORKS and Mad Science by Alyson in Kids Ghost Ridge
will be featured on Friday, October 30th.
Kids Colouring Competition: in the Kids Ghost Ridge Haunted house with lots of prizes.
Special Rates for Families or Groups: Although our rates for the haunted houses are the cheapest in the
Fraser Valley, the committee feels strongly about making sure that there are some days that offer even
lower rates to families and groups. On Monday, October 26th and Tuesday, October 27th the rate will be
lowered to $5.00 to the Ghost Ridge Haunted House but the Kids Ghost Ridge Haunted House will remain at $2.00.
